This hidden, elegant, beauty sits on pristine ocean front land in the exclusive Sunset Beach Colony. Surround yourself with the beautiful flowers and foliage of Hawai'i as you gaze at the lawn that ends at the gorgeous white sand. This is a stunning crowd free beach. Relax and leave your stress behind. Just being there is balm for the soul. Our 5000 sq. ft. home is an architectural masterpiece, with windows on all sides to allow cooling island breezes to flow through and vistas of the beautiful North Shore Ocean. We like open windows to hear the soothing sounds of the surf and the cooing of the birds. Modern design mingles with traditional island materials such as rich teak wood, bamboo and lava rock. Huge glass sliding doors allow for a panorama view of the ocean, access to our garden and secluded beach. The house is furnished with luxury tropical items including a huge double sectional couch that sits 8, local Hawaiian made art, top of the line bedding and mattresses. Flat screen TVs with cable are included, as well as WiFi throughout, even on the lanai. There is a brand new Smart TV, 55in. equipped with free Netflix, and Wifi.
The privacy makes it ideal for anyone who wants to remain secluded. The gourmet kitchen has marble counters and all latest appliances. Outdoor dining on the lanai watching the sunset while you barbecue and sip cool drinks!
In addition we have an outdoor h/c shower which perfectly reflects our idea of barefoot luxury.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Upstairs Master Bedroom- King Bed, entire second floor contains master suite, full bathroom with huge shower/bath and walk in closet. A deck runs along the whole outside with beautiful view of the surf.
Downstairs Second Master- King Bed, with additional pull out couch, attached bathroom with shower/bath tub
Bedroom 1- Queen Bed, attached bathroom with shower
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed, attached bathroom with shower
Each bedroom has access to it's own lanai/deck. Sleep with only the screen doors closed and wake up to the sound of the waves lapping the sand.
We have also recently installed brand new air conditioning in all of the bedrooms for your convenience and comfortability.
